“As is the case with any type of business these days things are changing and, IMHO, not so much for the better. Automated answering service, voice mail, more interaction directly with companies as opposed to agents, etc. continues to erode and dilute the customer/agent relationship and “that personal touch” feeling. That being said I think you folks do the best you can to still create the old style, community-based business and want you to know it does not go unnoticed. You guys keep up the good work. I always have and still do have the utmost respect for Lesa Williams and think she, myself, and a few others did everything possible to keep our staff educated and able to prove their worth to their designated customers. That is vitally important and it’s always a pleasure when I get to speak to Carol Brown. After I sold my agency I thought long and hard about who I would choose as my agent and Twin City was always at the top of a very short list. Take care guys and keep up the good work.”
